Our candles are handmade and produced in small batches. Product descriptions and relevant information are available on each product page.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency for the customer's market. Applicable taxes are included where required.

Full payment is required at checkout using the payment methods available at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Please see our Refund Policy for further details and instructions.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact.comforts@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate solution.
