At Comforts, your satisfaction matters. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know and return your item, no reason needed.

The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at contact.comforts@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
